Order Processing

All orders at Maison Dyanae are processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

International Shipping

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Maison Dyanae is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damages & Issues

Maison Dyanae is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
